Refund policy

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please email support@x456x.com within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. X456X must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.

Refunds
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories, Shoes, Special Orders, or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to X456X.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
